- 2 tablespoons tapioca flour

- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into 8 small pats
