Rhubarb Ice Tea

Cut 8 stalks or rhubarb into 3 inch lengths Add 8 cups of water
- Cut 8 stalks or rhubarb into 3 inch lengths
- Add 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour. Strain the liquid, add sugar to taste, about 1/3 cup. Serve iced with a sprig of mint.

King Ranch Chicken Casserole

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 1/2 cup chicken broth (I used bouillon)
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken (I used a roasted chicken from Albertsons)

Bean Burger Bake 1 lb
- Bean Burger Bake
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 large can of pork and beans
- 2 cans of tomato soup
- 2 tab. Brown sugar
- 1 tab. Dry mustard
- Fry ground beef and onion. Drain. Put in baking dish and add beans, soup, brown sugar and mustard. Mix well. Bake 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
