- 1 Large Head Cabbage Washed, Cored & Sliced
- 2 T EVOO
- 6 Slices Thick Bacon Cut 1" Strips
- 1 Small Yellow Onion Sliced
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 Bottle Beer
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
Baked Pork Chops Parmesan Crust

Large Ovenproof Skillet Medium-High Heat, Add Butter & EVOO
- 4 Bone-in Center Cut Pork Chops 1" Thick
- First Dredge: 1/4C Flour
- Second Dredge: 2 Eggs Beaten
- Third Dredge: 1-1/2C Panko Bread Crumbs, 1C Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1T Dried Sage & 1t Lemon Zest
- 2 T Butter
- 2 T EVOO
Olive Oil/Balsamic Dip

- 12 Clams Chopped with Juice
