From Six Sisters' Stuff Cookbook
- 1 1/2 cups pretzel pieces
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temp
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup milk or semisweet chocoalte chips
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- Additional peanut butter, melted for garnish
- Additional pretzel pieces for garnish
Apple Bundt Cake

FOR GLAZE: Add all the ingredients to a bowl, stir until smooth, and set aside
- FOR HONEY GLAZE:
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons milk
- FOR CAKE:
- 3 cups diced granny smith apples, about 2 apples
- 1 cup lightly toasted chopped walnuts
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 3 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
Simple Peach Sorbet

1. Process all ingredients in a blender unil smooth, stopping to scrape down sides
- 4-5 Fresh ripe peaches, peeled and chopped
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice

- 2 teaspoons whole cumin seeds
- 1 whole clove
- 1 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
- 10 tomatillos, husked and washed
- 2 jalapeno chiles, stemmed
- 8 anaheim chiles, roasted, seeded, and diced
- 4 large cloves garlic
- 2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lard or vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 pounds boneless pork shouolder, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
- 2 large poblano chiles, roasted, seeded, and diced

- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 to 3 chipotle peppers in adobo
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 bunch cilantro, stems roughly removed
- 1/4 cup lime juice
