- 1 large egg, at room temp
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp almond extract (optional)

- 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350. Whisk first 7 ingredients in medium bowl to blend
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 3/4 cup golden brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 teas vanilla extract
- 1 9inch frozen deep dish pie crust

1. mix together the ingredients for making a yellow cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix or basic yellow cake
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1 package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
