Pressure Cooker Steamed Potatoes with Dill Butter

1. Place a collapsible aluminum steamer in a 5-7 quart pressure cooker
- 2 1/2 lbs. Medium red-skinned potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch thick rounds
- salt, to taste
- 3 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 2 Tbs. chopped fresh dill
- pepper, to taste
Cinnamon Roll Pulls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 unsliced round loaf sourdough bread
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 Tbsp milk
Veal Marsala

Sprinkle the veal with salt and pepper
- 8 veal cutlets (about 3 oz each)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 – 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large shallot, finely chopped
- 2 -4 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 oz assorted mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup sweet Marsala
- 3/4 cup low-salt chicken broth
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig – use leaves
Cinco De Mayo Glazed Chicken Wings

1. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1 Tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings, cut apart at joints and tips discarded
- 2 medium green onions, thinly sliced including tops
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flake
- 2 cans (12 oz each) lemon-lime soda (sprite or store brand)
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 package (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix
Sandy's Apple Crumble Pie

1. Move oven rack to lowest position and preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 (9-inch) frozen deep-dish pie shell, thawed
- 12 pecan shortbread cookies
- 6 Tablespoons pecan peices
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 5 Tablespoons butter, but into pieces
- 1 1/2 cans (21-ounces each) apple pie filling
Taco Steak Pasta

1 In 10- or 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb boneless lean beef sirloin steak, cut into bite-size strips
- 3 cups hot water
- 1 box (7.1 oz) Hamburger Helper® beef taco
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chiles
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 can (11 oz) Green Giant® SteamCrisp® super sweet yellow and white corn, drained
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds

- 1 1/4 cups apple juice

- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried sliced apples, chopped
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
