Quick Beef with Broccoli

Toss together cornstarch, salt, pepper, and beef in a bowl until meat is coated
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 * 3/4 pound sirloin beef tips, sliced against the grain 1/8 inch thick
- 3 * 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 10 * 10 ounces frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 3 * 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 * 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup water

PECAN BREAD PUDDING WITH BOURBON AND ORANGE

1. Adjust oven racks to middle and lower-middle positions and heat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar (5 1/4 ounces)

Homemade (Paleo) Ketchup

Using a food chopper, a garlic press or a sharp knife puree garlic and onion (not chopped, not minced, pureed)
- 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons / 6 oz / 170 gr organic tomato paste
- 1/4 cup / 3 oz / 85 gr raw organic honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/3 cup / 80 ml water
- 1/3 cup / 75 ml apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 small onion
Spaghetti with Artichoke Hearts and Tomatoes

Thai Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry (Gai Pad Khing)

In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (see Recipe Notes)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed, canola, or other high-heat oil
- 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast or thigh, cut into bite-size pieces (about 1/4-inch thick)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, ends trimmed, cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper (from about 1 small pepper)
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion (from about 1/2 small onion)

- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
- 1 Tbsp chopped green onion (white and green parts)
- 2 medium - large garlic gloves
- freshly ground salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/8 - 1/4 c milk (more if needed)
- 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes for heat (optional)
