Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 3 3 1/2 3 1/4 2% 1/4 (I used 3 and 1/4 cups of 2% milk, and 1/4 cup of half and half, since I didn't have any whole milk)

- 1 1 1/2 and 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 1 1 tsp. baking powder
- 6 6 6 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 1 1/2 and 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 1/4 to 1/2 1/2 tsp. crushed garlic (depending on how much you love the stuff!)

Cook the celery, carrots, garlic, and onion in the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat until translucent
