Grandma’s Oatmeal Raisin Big Cookies

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
- Dry Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups all-purpose Flour (350 g.)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Wet Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter (224 g.)
- 1 Cup Sugar (195 g.)
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar (260 g.)
- 2 Large Eggs
- 4 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons of water from plumped raisins
- Then Add
- 3 cups oats (240 g.)
- 1 & 1/2 cups raisins (275 g.)
- 1/2 cups chopped nuts (50 g.) or more
Olive Garden Alfredo Pasta

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- 1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1/8 tsp. Garlic powder (or more)
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 12 oz. Fettuccine pasta (or your choice)
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Chicken breasts cut in strips and browned with garlic powder
Rhubarb Dessert

Mix first 3 ingredients & pat into 9X13 pan; bake 15 min at 340° Put rhubarb on top
- 2 c. flour
- 4 T. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter (margarine)
- 6 c. rhubarb
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 T. flour
- dash of salt
- 1 c. half & half
- 6 egg whites
- 3/4 c. sugar
Holiday Cheesecake Bars

1. Combine flour & brown sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
- Crust:
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 2/3 c. packed brown sugar
- 2/3 c. cold butter
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- Filling:
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 T. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- sliced red & green maraschino cherries
Pastry Stuffed Meatloaf Roll

In large bowl, combine beef, crumbs, egg, onion, salt and oregano
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped black olives
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon leaf oregano
- 1 each 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans crescent rolls
Pastel-colored Jello Cookies

Beat butter in large bowl with mixer until creamy
- 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1.5 cups unsalted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 (3 oz) boxes jello~strawberry (or other red jello) and berry (blue) jello, green, orange, whatever

- 2 c. sugar (383 g.)
- 1 c. butter (not margarine) (230 g.)
- 2 c. whipping cream (487 g.)
- 1 3/4 c. white syrup (414 ml.)
- 1 1/2 T. vanilla (23 g.)
Chicken Fajitas

1. boneless, skinless breast, cut into strips (or skirt steak can be used)
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Lime juice
- 1 c. Tequila
- 1/4 c. Tomato paste
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Whole jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken breast
- 10 Flour tortillas for fajitas
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Large bell pepper, cut into
- chunks
- 1 Large onion, cut into strips
- 1 Large tomato, cut into chunks

- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter (generous)
- 1 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 T. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Dash of salt
