Mix crumbs, butter, 3 T. sugar; press in bottom of 13X9" baking pan
- 11/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 3 T. sugar
- 3 pkgs. (8 oz. Ea.) Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3 eggs
Tortilla Pinwheels

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese & green chile peppers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chile peppers
- 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
- 10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
Walnut Date-Filled Cookies

I couldn't find a date-filled cookie I liked so I came up with my own
- COOKIES:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 cup flour
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- Sugar, for dipping
- DATE FILLING:
- 2 cups dates, pitted and chopped
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Fried Rice

1.Prepare rice according to package instructions to yield 4 cups cooked rice
- 4 cups rice, prepared (use brown rice)
- 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked or shrimp cooked
- 1 cup peas & carrots, frozen
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 1/4 c. sifted flour (224 g.)
- 1/2 c. sugar (96 g.)
- 1 c. butter (229 g.)
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 egg yolk (save white)
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar (302 g.)
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped Maraschino cherries
- 1 c. chopped nuts

Cowboy Casserole

Let the Crispy Crowns defrost for an hour or so
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 can (15.25oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 bag (30 oz) frozen tater tots (I used Ore-Ida Crispy Crowns)

- 1 c. shorening (or margarine) (220 g.)

- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chocolate chips (180 g.)
Oriental Ramen Broccoli Cole Slaw

1. Before opening noodles, crush into 1 inch pieces
- 2 (3 ounce) packages beef-flavor ramen noodles
- 2 (8 1/2 ounce) packages broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 cup sunflower seed
- 1/2 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
