Rigatoni with Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

This is a fabulous recipe
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound sweet italian turkey sausages
- 2 red bell peppers, cored, seeded, and sliced
- 2 yellow onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 pound rigatoni pasta
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Crepes

Put the liquids, eggs, and salt into the blender jar
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup cold milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 11/2 cups flour (scooped, see Notes)
- 4 Tb melted butter
- 1 piece of fat bacon or pork rind; OR 2 to 3 Tb cooking oil

Crust: Combine all ingredients and press into 9 x 13 inch pan
- Crust:
- 2 cups pretzels, coarsley chopped
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Filling:
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 8-ounce container whipped topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Topping:
- 1 large package strawberry Jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 10-ounce packages frozen strawberries
Perfect M & M Cookies

These cookies are perfectly crunchy around the outer edge and delightfully soft in the middle
- 1 stick/1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose Gold Medal Flour
- 3 tablespoons Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

In a small skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 2 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 1 cup canned red beans, rinsed and drained
- 1-1/4 cups coarsely crushed nacho tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives, drained
- 3 tablespoons green goddess salad dressing
