Shortcut to Amazing Cinnamon Rolls

To prepare individual rolls place one slice in each of 12 lightly graesed 3-inch muffin cups
- 1 (26.4 oz.) Package frozen biscuits

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/4 cup vertically sliced yellow onion
- 1 1/2 cups snow peas, trimmed
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup light coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 hot red chile (such as jalapeño or Fresno), stemmed, seeded, and thinly sliced lengthwise
