Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing

This is the original recipe from Stagecoach Pizza, where Debbie worked
- 1 pkg. Bleu Cheese
- 10 lbs. IMO
- 5 lbs. Mayonnaise
- 2 tbls. Salt
- 1 1/2 tbls. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
- 1/4 c. Worcestire Sauce
- 5 cups Milk
Layer Carrot Cake

- 2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar (Firmly Packed)
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups Salad Oil
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 2 cups Carrots, Coarsely Grated
Banana Nut Bread

Directions Heat oven to 350° F
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 package Jell-O Instant Banana Cream Pudding & Pie Filling
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 5 tblsp. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups walnut halves
Brooke's Homemade Meatloaf

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Glaze:
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp packed light brown sugar
- Meatloaf:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 slice white bread, torn into pieces
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Hot Chili and Cheese Dip

- 1 can (15 ounces) chili with beans
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (4 ounces)
- Tortilla chips for dipping
Blueberry Pie

This receipe was found in Grandma Eva's recipe box and it says, "Blueberry Pie (Eva Breckner's)
- 1 cube margerine or butter, melted
- 18 graham crackers, mashed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 can blueberry pie mix
- juice of 1/2 lemon

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and set the rack to the middle position
- 1 1/2 sticks (3/4 cup) salted butter, melted and cooled, plus more for greasing
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 3/4 cup crushed roasted peanuts
- 1/2 cup raspberry, strawberry or grape preserves
Overnight Salad

Aunt Valerie made this when Charlie and I went to visit Memorial Day Weekend 2016
- 1 medium head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 package early peas
- 1 1/2 cups mayo
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1/2 cup crisp cooked bacon diced and crumbled
- 2 wedged tomatoes
Golden Mushroom Basil Soup

Marilyn Olsen made this for me when I had my surgery, and it was absolutely fantastic
- 3 tsp. extra virgin olive oil, divided
- 4 cups chopped onions (2 large or 3 medium onions)
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 2 cups diced potatoes (about 2 medium potatoes)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery (about 2 ribs)
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups water or vegetable or chicken stock
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp tamari or shoyn
- 3/4 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, finely chopped
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper; to taste
