- 6 (2.07-oz.) chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat bars, chopped (we tested with Snickers)
- 1 (14-oz.) can dulce de leche*

- 2 medium-sized Russet Potatoes, very thinly sliced

- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1-2 garlic cloves, chopped
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
- A few fresh basil leaves, torn or chopped
