Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat, then add the onions
- 4 heads Broccoli, chopped
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 can chicken broth
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup Flour
- 1 pinch Nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1-3 cups cheese, grated
- 2-3 ounces Velveeta block cheese (all preference)
- 1 cup Half-and-half or 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups milk

- 2 sticks butter (1 salted/ 1 unsalted)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 red pepper; diced
- 1 jalapeno; seeded and diced
- 2 green onions sliced
- juice of 1 small lime

- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1-2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1-2 use extra sesame oil and add 1-2 additional eggs)
