Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn, drained
- 1 red pepper; diced
- 1 jalapeno; seeded and diced
- 2 green onions sliced
- juice of 1 small lime

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, sugar black pepper, cumin and cilantro; mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate for several hours.
