Ribs & BBQ Sauce

Mix all ingredients in a medium saucepan and let simmer on low for 30 minutes
- (SAUCE):
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup bbq sauce (sweet baby - honey)
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon worchestshire
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 cups fruit
Lemon Icebox Cheesecake

- CRUST
- 10 lemon sandwich cookies, broken into pieces (about 1 1/4 cups)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- CURD
- 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- FILLING
- 1 envelope (2 3/4 teaspoons) unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup lemon juice from 2 lemons
- 1 1/2 pounds cream cheese, cut into 1-inch pieces and softened
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups shredded Muenster cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 small can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, grated
- 1 small can chopped chiles
- 1 package burrito size tortillas
- 10 ounce jar enchilada sauce
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth
- 1/2 cup pumpkin (canned or freshly cooked)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 scoop (or approx. 2 T) vanilla protein powder

- 1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
