Thanksgiving Day Salad

1. Boil the water and combine with the strawberry flavored gelatin mix in a medium bowl
- Ingredients:

- 2 cups water
- 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored
- gelatin mix
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen
- strawberries, thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 8 leaves lettuce
- 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese,
- softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. combine tequila, ice, limeade, Cointreau, and lime juice in a blender
- 4 oz. silver tequila
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 2 oz. frozen limeade
- 1 1⁄2 oz. Cointreau
- 1 oz. fresh lime juice

Using a double boiler method, melt the chocolate coatings over hot tap water for 15 - 20 minutes
- 1 pound bittersweet chocolate 80 buttery round crackers 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Lamb and Shrimp Kebabs

Chill lamb in freezer for 10 minutes
- special equipment:
- 1 1/4 pounds boneless leg of lamb or top round, cut into 1" cubes
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt, divided
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup coarsely grated red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pound large shrimp (about 20), peeled, deveined, coarsely chopped
- Vegetable oil (for brushing)
- Red Harissa (recipe in sauce section)
- You will need 24 short flat wooden skewers to grill the kebabs.
