Caramel-Brandy Mushroom Sauce

While the steaks are cooking on the grill, add 1 tbs of the remaining butter to a saute pan
- 5 tbs unsalted butter
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 head roasted garlic, cloves separated and peeled
- 7 tbs brandy
- 6 tbs light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbs chopped parsley leaves, for garnish

- 2 1/2 shots of orange juice
- 1 1/2 shots of whipped vodka (i.e. Pinnacle Vodka)

Easy Rotini Pasta Salad with broccoli, colorful peppers, zesty Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese
- 12 ounces Rotini or other small pasta
- 2 cups bite-sized broccoli florets (from 1 head broccoli)
- 1 red bell pepper chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
- 1/2 red onion peeled and cut into strips
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces prepared Italian salad dressing or homemade Red Wine Vinaigrette

This Whole Wheat Cinnamon Crunch Banana Bread is a fun breakfast idea
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch or more whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
Blackberry Caipirinha

In a shaker or pint glass, muddle/mash up the blackberries and the sugar with two of the lime wedges
- 6-8 plump blackberries
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
