- 1 fifth Southern Comfort
- 1 6-oz can frozen lemonade
- 1 6-oz can frozen orange juice
- 6-oz. lemon juice
- 3 2-liters of 7up
Spaghetti Squash Lasagna

- 1 large spaghetti squash (about 3 1/2 lbs)
- 3 tsp olive oil, divided use
- 1 medium onion, chopped

- 2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 2/4 tsp red pepper flakes

- 1 container (15 oz) part skim ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and squeezed dry
- 6 oz (1 1/2 cups) reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
- 1/3 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 3 tbs flour
- 2 tbs brown sugar (if using orange sweet potatoes, reduce to 1 tbs)
- 12 oz brown ale
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 3 lbs (6 cups) white sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
