Preparation Combine first 5 ingredients in a large pitcher
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups orange-mango juice
- 2 cupss passion fruit rum
- 1 cup cranberry juice coctail
- 2 tablespoons grenadine
- 1 (750 ml) bottle sparkling wine (optional)
- Garnishes orange and lime slices
Crockpot Mexican Casserole

Instructions Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons vegetable or canola oil
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper
- 2 (16z) cans black beans, undrained
- 2 (10z) cans Mexican diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tablespoon low-sodium taco seasoning {or make your own}
- 12 lettuce leaves for serving {alternately, serve over yellow rice}
- 1 avocado, diced {optional}
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese {optional}
- low fat sour cream {optional}
- diced scallions or chopped cilantro {optional}

- 3/4 cup organic raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp pure Madagascar vanilla extract
- 1/8 cardamon powder

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray or line with liners
- For the Brownies:
- 2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 ounces semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- For the Toppings:
- 40-48 bite sized candies (Rolos, miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, mini Milky Ways, etc.), unwrapped OR
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 ml (just over 1/3 cup) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon red chilli flakes (adjust to your preference of spice)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 chicken thigh fillets, skin removed (no bone)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, deseeded and sliced

- 1/2 an onion, sliced
