Stir Fry Pepper Beef

Cut rib eye across the grain of the meat into 1/4-inch slices
- 8 oz. rib-eye beef
- 1 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 sm. onion, cut into match-size strips
- 1 stalk of celery, cut into match-size strips
- 1 sm. deseeded green bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 sm. deseeded red bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
- 1 b Tbsp. peeled and minced ginger
- 1/4 c. prepared dashi or chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. water
- Salt & pepper to taste (there should be sufficient salt from the dashi/soy/oyster sauce)
How To Make Your Own V8 Juice

Put all the ingredients in a large stainless steel pot
- 6 pounds of vine-ripened, organic tomatoes (preferably heirlooms), coarsely chopped
- 2 cups chopped organic white or yellow onion
- 2 1/2 cups chopped organic celery
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley (stems are fine)
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 6 drops hot sauce, such as Tabasco or Sriracha (I love this stuff)
- Splash or two of Worcestershire sauce
- Freshly ground pepper to taste

- 1 small package (8 oz.) small elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise (Best Foods is best)
- 1 tablespoon finely minced onions
- 2 tablespoons finely minced celery
- 1 small carrot finely minced
- salt & pepper to taste.

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and milk using a hand mixer
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup Bits 'o Brickle (see Notes)
- 1 container (8 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping
- 1 (8 or 9-inch) Ready-Crust graham cracker pie crust

In a large bowl, combine coleslaw, pineapple, and dressing; mix well and set aside
- 8 ounces (1/2 a 16-ounce bag) shredded coleslaw
- 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 cup coleslaw dressing
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Joe Amoy's Chili

Saute garlic, ground beef and sirloin pieces until browned
- 1 pkg. bacon, fried and cut into small pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 lbs. ground round beef
- 1 lb. sirloin, cut 3/4" pieces
- 3 onions, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 (14 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained
- 2 (6 oz.)cans tomato paste
- 2 T. chili powder
- 1 1/2 t. cayenne red pepper
- 1 T. ground cumin powder
- 1 1/2 T. paprika
- 2 bay leaves
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 T. cornstarch to thicken
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 1 T. vinegar

In a large bowl, make a batter by combining the flour, baking powder, salt, and water; mix well
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks

- 1 tablespoon light or dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans (white kidney beans), drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained
