- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 5-oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, cut into strips
- 1-1/2 t. dried basil
- 1-1/2 t. dried oregano
- 1 t. Italian seasoning
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 8 oz. pkg. refrigerated 3-cheese tortellini pasta, cooked

In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs and butter
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup baking cocoa
- 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Chocolate fudge ice cream topping and whipped topping

Miso Pork Roast

Mix miso, sugar and soy sauce thoroughly in a large pot
- 5 lbs. pork butt
- 1 piece ginger root, mashed
- 2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 3/4 c. miso
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. Ajinomoto (MSG) -you may leave it out if you think you are going to die by using it

- 3 cups water
- 1/3 cup SOS Mix (recipe follows)
- 2 cups uncooked egg noodles

Cheesy Italian Pork Chops with Vegetables

1 Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 1 1/2 lb)
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic-pepper blend
- 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
- 3 medium unpeeled Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into bite-size strips
- 2/3 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
