Veal Scallopini

Mix first 4 ingredients together and dredge veal cutlets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 tsp accent
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- garlic, oil, onion
- 1 3/4 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Kohlrabi Au Gratin

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 4 small kohlrabi, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup thinkly sliced kohlrabi leaves (set aside)
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 Tbsp seasoned fine dry bread crumbs
Ambrosia

Refreshingly cool dessert or can be used as a side dish!
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 pkg miniature marshmallows
- 1 can crushed pineapple w/juice
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 pkg coconut
- 1 can fruit cocktail
- nuts are optional
Pound cake/cream cheese/coconut pecan

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Bake pecans in a single layer 5-7 mins
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 c softened butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3 c flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 c bourbon
- 1/2 c sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- Decorate cake with glaze,rosemary,cranberries

Cut ribs in serving size pieces
- Barbeque Sauce:
- Country Style Spare Ribs
- Lemon slices
- Chopped Onion
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t chili powder
- 1 T paprika
- 2 T worchestshire sauce
- 1 c tomato juice
- 1/2 c water
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c ketchup
Lasagna Stoup

In a soup pot, heat the EVOO over medium high heat
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- Salt & pepper
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 3-4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 32 oz. container (4 cups) chicken broth
- 1 28 oz. can Italian crushed tomatoes
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles, broken into jagged pieces
- 1 c basil leave, torn
- 1 c whole-milk ricotta
- Grated parmigiano-reggian cheese
Grilled Pound Cake with Strawberries

In a skillet or saucepan, place about 5 cups of the strawberries, mint and sugar
- 1 loaf of pound cake
- 12 mint leaves, sliced in a chiffonade
- 10 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups whipped cream
French Almond Crescents

Chop 1/4 c almonds; set aside
- 1 3/4 c sliced almonds
- 2/3 c sugar
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 2 T milk
- Flour as needed
Spinach Dip, Hellmann's Creamy

Combine all ingredients. Cover, chill 2 hours
- 1 c Hellmann's mayo
- 1 pkg Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
- 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach
- thawed & drained
- 16 oz sour cream
Parmesan Onion Strips

Cut crusts from bread. Spread 1 side of each slice with softened butter
- 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced
- 4 tbsp. butter, softened
- 2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 6 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 6 green onions, chopped
- Dash bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
