Ingredients

  • 6 English muffins - halved & quartered
  • 7 oz. can crabmeat, rinsed & drained
  • 1 stick butter - softened
  • 1 7 oz. jar Sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 T mayo
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t garlic powder

Step 1

Mix ingredients together, spread on muffins. Place under broiler until they puff up bubbly. Serve hot! Or freeze uncovered 30 mins to harden, then place in baggies.
