- 2 pints blueberries (about 4 1/2 cups)
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Topping
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold butter, cut into pieces
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped crystallized ginger
Mac and Cheese The Chew Style

2 tablespoons salt 1 pound Rigatoni Bring 6 quarts of water to boil in a large pot
- 1 pound Bacon (diced)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 1 Butternut squash (peeled and diced)
- 2 cups black kale (deribbed and chopped)

- 1 teaspoon Nutmeg (freshly grated)

Stuffed Sausage Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
- 16 extra-large white mushrooms, caps and stems separated
- 5 tablespoons good olive oil, divided
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Marsala wine or medium-dry sherry
- 3/4 pound sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
- 3/4 cup minced scallions, white and green parts (6 scallions)
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic (2 cloves)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2/3 cup panko (Japanese dried bread flakes)
- 5 ounces Italian mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
