Cranberry-Orange Relish

Using a food processor, pulse the cranberries and oranges
- One 12-ounce package fresh cranberries
- 2 oranges, peeled
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
Green Onion Dip
By draingal
In blender or food processor blend all ingredients until almost smooth
- 1 cup Hellmanns Real Mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup parsley sprigs
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Patriotic Dessert

Combine flour, pecans and butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen shipped topping, thawed; divided
- 1 package (5.1 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 3 cups fresh strawberries, halved
Mustard-Glazed Pork Loin

1. Preheat oven to 400F 2
- 2 4-lb boneless pork loin roasts, trimmed of fat
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp grated orange zest
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
Thumbprint Cookies

1. Sift together flour and salt; set aside
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter (no substitutes)
- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract ( or 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp almond extract - so good)
- Your preferred jam or other filling
- 1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
Creamy Garlic Dressing

- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 3 tsp. chopped onion
- 1 1/4 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic; minced

Toast the almonds on a pan in the oven at 300 degrees F for a few minutes (they brown quickly) or place the almonds...
- One 9 ounce package of baby spinach leaves (no stems)
- 1 1/2 cups of strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 cup almonds, toasted
- 3-4 green onions, sliced
- Olive oil
- White Balsamic vinegar
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

- 2 pkgs. cream cheese; softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

- 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1 (5-pound) standing rib roast
- 1 tablespoon House Seasoning, recipe follows
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
