Preheat oven to 350°. Line the bottoms of two greased 8-in

- 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup finely chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup crushed strawberries
- 4-1/2 to 5 cups confectioners' sugar
Sandy's Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour three 9-in
- FROSTING:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 cups packed brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2-2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 3 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1-1/3 cups sour cream
- 1-1/3 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 3 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 5 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Greek Meatball Soup

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter or heat olive oil and sauté the onion
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter or olive oil
- 3/4 cup finely chopped white onion
- 6 cups beef stock
- 1 lb. ground beef, lamb or a combination of both
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped
- splash of lemon juice
Chilli-salted Chicken Wings

1 Combine the oil, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, fresh chilli, ginger and garlic in a large bowl
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- Zest and juice of 2 limes
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 long red chili, chopped
- 3 ⁄4 inch piece of fresh ginger, grated
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 14 –18 chicken wings
- 2 tsp dried chili flakes
- 2 –3 tbsp sea salt
- 1 jar Marie-Rose Sauce
Blueberry Blitz Batter

In blender combine all ingredients - except 1/2 cup blueberries - blend
- 1 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Chicken and Rice with Cumin and Cilantro

Pat wings dry with paper towels
- 3 lb chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 ½ cups coarsely chopped onion
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped garlic
- ¼ cup coarsely chopped peeled ginger
- 2 cups long-grain white rice
- 1 ½ Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha or other hot sauce
- 2 ½ cups water
- 1 ½ cups chopped fresh cilantro stems, plus ½ cup chopped for garnish
- Lime wedges, for garnish
Peach Chicken with Crispy Bread Crumbs

Preheat the oven to 375°F
- 4 large ripe fresh peaches or one 16-ounce bag unsweetened frozen sliced peaches
- 4 pieces whole wheat sandwich bread (4 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 3 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Cooking spray
- Four skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 5 ounces each)

- 2 t. instant minced onion
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. garlic powder
- 1 T. parsley flakes
- 1 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
- 3/4 cup finely grated Grana Padano or Parmesan
- 1/3 cup finely grated Pecorino

- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin (about 1/2 packet)
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup whole-milk Greek yogurt
- Sliced strawberries and fresh mint, for garnish (optional)
