Bacon and Goat Cheese Chicken

- to 350. to 350.
- 2 3 3 1 green onions, 3 ounces green onions, 3 ounces goat cheese, and 1 slice cooked, crumbled bacon.
- 1 4 to to wide slit into the thick end of 4 (6 ounce) skinless boneless chicken breast halfves and carefully cut down to center of chicken to form a pocket. Divide cheese mixture evenly among pockets.
- Secure with wooden picks.
Shrimp Dip

Cream together line small bowl with saran wrap add mix
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1 block softened cream cheese
- 1 lb diced shrimp (I like the medium sized ones... the teeny tiny ones aren't as good in my opinion...)
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 green onions cleaned and chopped fine
- 3 tbs louisiana hot sauce... (you and I agreed on using more) I actually just took out the hot sauce bottle & on each cracker I dipped added more...

- 1 (14-ounce) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
