- 1 cup diced cooked ham (such as Cumberland Gap)
- 1 1/2 cups sliced leek (about 1 large)
- 2 tablespoons water (optional)
- 3 cups refrigerated cubed peeled sweet potato (such as Glory)
- 1 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 (5-ounce) can evaporated fat-free milk
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Thinly sliced leek (optional)
- Thinly sliced green onions (optional)
Sausage & Sourdough Bread Stuffing

Sausage and sourdough bread stuffing is perfect for stuffing the bird or baking in a casserole dish
- 10 cups cubed sourdough bread, about 1 pound
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups finely chopped onion
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 15 ounces hot turkey Italian sausage, casings removed
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
- 3 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten

Slow-Cooker Chicken Cacciatore

1. Pat chicken dry with paper towels
- 1 package chicken pieces (about 4-1/2 pounds), skin removed, trimmed of excess fat
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups Mexican cheese shredded
- 1 pint Half and Half
- 1 cup cooked shredded rotessiere chicken
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 small can diced green chilies
- 10 oz can Rotel (Mexican if available)
Oprah's Pomegrante Martini

- 2 ounces Absolute Citron vodka or white tequila
- 1 ounce Cointreau liquor
