Jade Tree Chicken

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tst garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground red pepper
- 2 c. fresh broccoli
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 1 onion
- 2 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1/4 c. water
Apple oatmeal muffins

Adapted from a Penzy's Spice recipe
- 1 c rolled oats
- 1 c flour
- 1/3 c sugar
- 3 t baking powder
- 1 t salt
- 1 t nutmeg
- 2 t cinnamon
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1/2 c oil
- 3/4 c milk
- 1 large apple grated - about 1 cup

- 1 12 oz package al fresco spinach and feta chicken sausage
- 4-5 oz dry fettuccini
- 1 large garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 c sundried tomatoes, julienned
- 1/2 c shredded parmesan cheese
- Pan Spray
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 c prepared alfredo sauce
- 1 1/2 c low sodium and salt chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper

- 1 to 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour [1/2 to 1 cup]
- 1 envelope Fleischmann's® Pizza Crust Yeast
- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar [2 Tbsp honey added with warm water and oil]
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup very warm water (120 to 130°F)*
- 3 tablespoons oil [2 tsp]
- 1/2 to 1 cup pizza sauce
- Other toppings as desired
- 1 to 2 cups (4 to 8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
Kale, Chicken and White Bean Soup

A healthy and comforting cold weather soup!
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon freshly minced garlic
- 2 stalks celery, sliced (about 1-1/3 cup)
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt (more or less, to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (more or less, to taste)
- 2 (15.8-ounce) cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups water
- 1 bunch kale, thick stems removed and roughly chopped into about 2-inch pieces
- 2 cups fully cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Optional: Shredded Parmesan cheese for topping

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder

- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (substitute: white wine vinegar or white vinegar)
- 1/2 cup (125 grams) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (55 grams) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard (substitute Dijon or whole grain mustard)
- 1/2 cup (80 grams) finely chopped red onion (1 medium)
- 1/2 cup finely (50 grams) chopped celery (3 ribs)
- 1/3 cup finely (60 grams) chopped dill pickles
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped, optional

- 1/2 c light corn syrup
- 1/4 c half and half or milk (skim is fine).
- 1 T butter
- 1 t vanilla (can substituted mint extract for vanilla)

- 1 big head broccoli
- 3/4 c onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- Butter to saute veggies
- Spices including ground red pepper, black pepper, parsley flakes.

- 2 T flour
- 1 c milk
- 5 chicken tenders - cooked
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 c cheddar cheese
