Hot fudge sauce

  • 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
  • 1/2 c light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c half and half or milk (skim is fine).
  • 1 T butter
  • 1 t vanilla (can substituted mint extract for vanilla)


Servings 2


Step 1

Place chocolate chips and corn syrup in small glass bowl or measuring cup. Heat in microwave on medium low for 4 minutes, stirring once.

Gradually add half and half or milk. Stir until smooth and stir in butter and vanilla.

Can substitute mint extract for vanilla.
