Hot fudge sauce
From Panasonic Microwave Cookbook (1978)
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 oz.)
- 1/2 c light corn syrup
- 1/4 c half and half or milk (skim is fine).
- 1 T butter
- 1 t vanilla (can substituted mint extract for vanilla)
Place chocolate chips and corn syrup in small glass bowl or measuring cup. Heat in microwave on medium low for 4 minutes, stirring once.
Gradually add half and half or milk. Stir until smooth and stir in butter and vanilla.
Can substitute mint extract for vanilla.
