- 4 c old fashioned oats
- 1/4 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c mixed dried fruit (raisins, craisins), mini chocolate chips - whatever combination you want
- 1/2 c pecans - I have been leaving out due to expense and just using crunchy peanut butter; could put in sunflower seeds or anything similar.
- Flax seed and/or quinoa
- Cinnamon
- 1/2 c peanut butter - I heat briefly in microwave to make it more liquid so it mixes well.
- 1/2 c oil - I use canola
