Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9 1/2-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray

- 7 cups peeled, medium-sliced Granny Smith apples (3 to 4 large or 6 to 7 small)
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 package (12 cookies) Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!® refrigerated sugar cookies

Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/gas mark 6
- 16 even-sized open cup mushrooms, stalks cut level
- 3 tbsp corn or vegetable oil
- 1/4 c unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped very finely
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 c fresh breadcrumbs

- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 6 slices White Bread
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 1 cup (heaping) Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/3 cups Minced Flat-leaf Parsley

Preheat oven to 400˚F. Preheat cast-iron griddle or indoor grill pan to medium-high
- 4 · 4 flat iron steaks, about 8 ounces each
- 4 · 4 cloves garlic, 2 halved, 2 chopped
- · EVOO – Extra Virgin Olive Oil for drizzling, plus 3 tablespoons
- · Salt and pepper
- 2 · 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and thinly sliced

- 2 cups refrigerated potato wedges (from 1 lb. 4-oz. pkg.)
- 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can condensed cream of onion soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 cups Green Giant Select™ Frozen Broccoli Florets (from 1-lb. pkg.)
- 24 frozen cooked meatballs (about 12 oz.), thawed
- 1/4 cup sour cream

In a large bowl whisk together vinegar, orange juice, zest, and raisins
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 orange, zested
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 4 apples, preferably use 2 to 3 different kinds
- 2 pears, preferably red and green
- 2/3 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped

- 1 bundle flat or curly parsley, chopped

- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups beef consommé or stock
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 pounds thin-skinned potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed and cut in half
