Apple Cranberry Pie

To form the pie crust, remove dough from refrigerator and place on flat work surface
- 1 batch flaky pie dough
- FILLING
- 2 1/2 lb tart apples; Firm
- 2/3 c Sugar; Or light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 c Cranberries; rinsed
- 2 tb Flour
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 1 ts lemon zest; Finely grated
- 3 tb unsalted butter; Cold
Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish
- 1 (32 oz) pkg shredded frozen potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 oz) carton of sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups cornflakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

- 5 large Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced (about 2 1/4 lb.)
- 2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar

- 8 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 4 (15-ounce) cans cannellini beans, rinsed and drained*
- 1 (15-ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and mashed*
- 2 (4.5-ounce) cans chopped green chiles
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
