BEEF = Best Meat Loaf

In large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and bread and let stand a few minutes
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 slices bread, torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 & 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- Topping
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
HOLIDAY = Roasted Turkey Gravy

Heat oven to 400. Heat 3 Tbsp olive oil in a large stock pot over medium high heat
- 5 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large turkey wing or 2 small ones
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 rib celery, chopped
- 1 head garlic, split through the equator
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 6 parsley stems
- 1 1/2 Tbsp flour
- 6 cups chicken stock
- kosher salt and ground pepper
HUNGARIAN = Cabbage & Sausage Casserole

Cook pasta according to directions, drain and transfer to large bowl
- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 3/4 lbs. smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
- 1 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 jar (8 oz.)sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained
- 1 1/2 (6 oz.)shredded Swiss cheese, divided
- 2/3 cups 2% milk
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
MEXICAN = Skillet Enchiladas

Brown ground beef & onion in skillet
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp green chili's, canned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 8 corn tortillas
- 2 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
- 10 in. skillet
DESSERTS = Jello Salad

Place pears around pan with cherries
- 1 small pkg cherry gelatin
- 2 small cans pear halves(16 oz)
- marichino cherries(save juice)
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. pear juice
- 1 small pkg lemon gelatin
- 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c.heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 1 small pkg lime gelatin
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice

- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 can tart red cherries with juice
APPETIZERS = Crab Melt Dip

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (6 oz) white crab meat, drained
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire

Heat olive oil in lg pot over medium high heat
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 lg carrot, diced
- 1/3 lb green beans, trimmed and cut into 1/2 inch pieces/1 1/2 cup
- 1 tsp dried oregano, or less
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 28 oz can no salt added diced tomatoes
- 1 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 6 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 15 oz can low sodium kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 c. elbow pasta
- 1/3 c. finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
