Easy Slow Cooker Ground Beef Stroganoff

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 lb cooked pasta
Penne Alla Vodka

Cook pasta according to pkg directions
- 1 lb penne or zita pasta
- 1/2-1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1/4 c chopped parsley
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 c vodka
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 c grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can (28oz) whole tomatoes, drained with juice reserved
- 4 oz prosciutto ham, chopped
Soft Chicken Tacos

In a large skillet cook ground chicken over medium-high heat, breaking up into small pieces
- 1 pound lean ground chicken
- 6 (8 inch) whole wheat tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Skinny Ms. Taco Seasoning (see below)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/4 plus 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese, reduced fat
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons fat free, plain Greek Yogurt
- Skinny Ms. Taco Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried cilantro
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Combine all ingredients and store in a glass jar with a lid, away from heat, light and moisture. Double recipe and have on hand for more recipes.
Slow Cooker Loaded Potato Soup

- 3 to 3 1/2 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch pieces (about 7 medium potatoes, 8 - 9 cups)
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced (1 cup)
- 3 (14.5 oz) cans low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, and garlic powder to taste
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (6 oz)
- 9 oz bacon, cooked and diced or crumbled
- 4 green onions, diced

- 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 med onion chopped
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 loaf french bread
- 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese

- For the Chicken:
- 24 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 Celery stalk
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic
- 16 oz fat free low sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce ( I used Frank's )
- For the Wraps:
- 6 large lettuce leaves. Bibb or Iceberg
- 1-1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 large celery stalks, cut into 2 inch matchsticks
Snickerdoodle Bread

Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon until fluffy
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 package Hershey's Cinnamon Chips
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large pan that has a lid
- 4 Italian sausage links (sweet, hot, or a couple of each)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced into 2 to 3 inch long strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into 2 to 3 inch long strips
- 1 bell pepper of another color (yellow or orange or purple), sliced into strips 2-3 inches long
- 4 garlic cloves, sliced into slivers
- 1 large sweet or yellow onion, sliced into 1/4-inch half-moons
- 1 small (15 ounce) can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp of dried oregano
- 1/2 cup Marsala or red wine (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt to taste
Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Heat oven to 400°F. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened
- 1 (19 fl oz/540 mL) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg. Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
One Pot Spicy Taco Rice Skillet

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup long grain white rice (NOT minute rice)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup beef stock
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or jack cheese
- green onions, to garnish
- Added: Black Beans & Corn
