- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Vegetable oil
- Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup B. Lloyd’s Glazed and Roasted Pecan Pieces
Grilled Chicken With Roasted Kale

Directions Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F
- 1/2 pound small red-skinned potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for brushing
- 1 large bunch kale, stems removed, leaves torn (about 10 cups)
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

- 2 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 1 1/2 pounds)

Directions Preheat a large skillet over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 2x1x1/8-inch strips
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 12 ounces button mushrooms, quartered
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth, homemade or low-sodium canned
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 1/2 Teaspoon dried savory leaves
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 Teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 Teaspoon celery salt
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped onions
- 1 Lb ground beef chuck
- 1 Lb lean ground pork
- GLAZE
- 1/2 bottle Chili sauce
- 2 Tablespoon brown sugar - packed to measure
- 1/3 Teaspoon dry mustard
