Paisan's Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) chicken broth
- 1/4 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sugar (OPTIONAL)
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, Ground
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (to Taste)
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup red onions
- 1 cup red bell pepper strips
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
