- 1/2 C Mary's Gone Cracker crumbs (crushed)
- 1/4 C coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 pinch of Red pepper flakes
- 1 pinch of Oregano
