Roasted Turkey

Remove the turkey from the refrigerator 1 hour before roasting
- To ensure ample servings for Thanksgiving dinner as well as generous leftovers, allow for 1 to 1 1/4 lb. of turkey per person.
Hershey's chocolate sauce

Bring to boil. Cook 1 min
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- dash salt
Tuna Noodle Casserole

Preheat your oven to 350F
- Ritz Crackers
- 2 tablespoons of Butter, melted
- 1 large can of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 1 12oz package of Egg Noodles
- 1 can of tuna… I used albacore packed in water
- 1 cup of peas, I used peas that I had frozen from last summer
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Potato Salad

Mix all ingredients together
- 4 medium potatoes, cooed & cubed
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced thin
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, cut up
- 2 or 3 radishes, sliced thin
- 1 stalk celery, sliced thin
- salad dressing-enough to mix above together
- salt & pepper
Blackberry Cobbler

Instead of using only blackberries, try mixing in some raspberries and blueberries as well
- For the filling:
- 6 cups blackberries or a mix of seasonal berries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 Tbs. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest
- Pinch of salt
- For the topping:
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 6 Tbs. (3/4 stick) unsalted butter, melted and
- cooled
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Banana Crumb Muffins

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- Campbell's Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie Soup
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
- 3/4 cup chicken broth combined with 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 Pillsbury pie shells
