APPLE CIDER CINNAMON BREAD

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer
- 1 1/4 cups apple cider
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 3 cups white bread flour
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
AMERICA'S TEST KITCHEN THIN CRISPY OATMEAL COOKIES

Instructions * 1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 * 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour (5 ounces)
- 3/4 * 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 14 * 14 tablespoons unsalted butter (1 3/4 sticks), softened but still cool, about 65 degrees
- 1 * 1 cup granulated sugar (7 ounces)
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar (1 3/4 ounces)
- 1 * 1 large egg
- 1 * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 * 2 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (see note)
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
BRISKET & GRAVY

In a Dutch oven, brown brisket in oil on both sides over medium-high heat; drain
- 1 fresh beef brisket (about 2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix

- 1/2 cup cold water

- 1/3 * 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1/3 * 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
CREAMY TOMATO SHRIMP SCAMPI CASSEROLE

make bread crumbs and add enough olive oil to well coat, set aside
- 3 slices sourdough bread, chopped in grinder
- olive oil
- garlic/garlic seasoning
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 lbs peeled raw shrimp
- 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
- ½ lb mascarpone cheese
PUFF PASTRY MEATBALL MARINARA BITES

Bake puff pastry shells according to package directions
- Puff Pastry Meatball Marinara Bites
- 1 * 1 package Pepperidge Farm Mini Puff Pastry Shells
- 1 * 1 can or jar Garlic Marinara Sauce
- * Block Mozzarella cheese
- * Meatballs (frozen, precooked. Either store bought or homemade – you’ll need 1 meatball for every two bites)

Toss the raspberries, 3/4 cup sugar, and the lemon juice together in a bowl
- 4 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup milk
SWEET BUTTER BREAD

ADD INGREDIENTS ACCORDING TO YOUR BREAD MACHINE INSTRUCTION
- Sweet Butter Bread for the ABM....
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons yeast
PEACH FREEZER JAM

Peel and slice peaches. Mash up with potato masher or fork
- Peach Freezer Jam
- 2 * 2 lbs peaches (enough to make 3 cups of mashed peaches)
- 4 1/2 * 4 1/2 C Sugar
- 1 * 1 Box Sure Jell (can use other brand but check their instructions)
- 2 * 2 T Lemon Juice
