ABM BASIC WHITE BREAD

1. Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer
- Ingredients for a 2 pound loaf:
- 1 3/8 cups water
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon butter or margarine
- 1 3/4 teaspoons salt
- 4 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon dry milk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
APPLE PIE BREAD

Combine all in bread machine, liquids first, then dry, gluten and yeast last
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
- 1 cup apple, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 tablespoon gluten, wheat
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
CHERRIES IN THE SNOW

IN MIXING BOWL WHIP TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE AND POWDERED SUGAR
- 1 STORE BOUGHT ANGEL FOOD CAKE
- 1 8 OZ. PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- 1 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
- 1 CAN CHERRY PIE FILLING
- 1 12 OZ. CARTON COOL WHIP
APPLE FRITTERS

Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon together using a fork to break up any lumps
- 2 * 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 2 * 2 cups self rising flour
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 * 2 large eggs
- 1 * 1 cup milk
- 3 * 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 * 1 tsp cinnamon
ONION EGG BREAD

Place all ingredients in machine as directed by your machine's manufacturer and push start

- 3 cups bread flour
- 3 tablespoons onion flakes -USE TS ONION/ONION
- 1 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds OPTIONAL
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup water
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
SHRIMP PASTA CASSEROLE WITH SPINACH

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Knorr® Cream of Spinach recipe mix and milk in medium saucepan and bring to a boil
- INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Knorr® Cream of Spinach recipe mix
- 3 cups milk
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 8 ounces white mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped and/or bay scallops
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 BOX SMALL PASTA, cooked and drained
- 1 CUP PARMESAN, ASIAGO OR SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE (SHREDDED)
GRANNY JORDAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE/SALAD

Mix chicken, mayo, soup, eggs, celery, onion, and cracker crumbs in a bowl

- onion, diced (I used half of an onion)

- 1/3 cup cracker crumbs (I omitted these)

MACARONI SHRIMP SALAD

MY MACARONI SALAD
- 1 LB BOX ROTINI: COOKED, DRAINED, RINSED AND DRAINED AGAIN.
- 3/4 TO 1 LB. COOKED SHRIMP: PEELED AND CHOPPED INTO BITE SIZED PIECES.
- 1 MED. SWEET ONION: DICED VERY FINELY.
- 2 STALKS CELERY: DICED VERY FINELY.
- 1 1/2 TO 2 CUPS HELLMAN'S MAYONNAISE.
- FRESH GROUND SEA SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE.
SPEEDY CHOCOLATE OR LEMON CREAM CHEESE PIE

WHIP THE FILLING WITH THE CREAM CHEESE A BIT AT A TIME UNTIL SMOOTH
- 2 * 2 CANS COMSTOCK CHOCOLATE OR LEMON PIE FILLING
- 1 * 1 8OZ. BAR CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
- BAKED AND COOLED PIE SHELL OR GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST.
- 8 OZ. TUB COOL WHIP
EGGPLANT CAVIER

- 1 MEDIUM ONION
