- # 1 cup buttermilk
- # 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- # 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- # 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- # 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

- # 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
- # 1 1/2 cups peeled and diced apples
PEACH ICE CREAM

1. In a large bowl, mash the peaches into a course puree

- 6 medium peaches (about 2 lbs), peeled and stoned, or 4 cups frozen unsweetened peach slices, thawed.

- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 * 1/2 cup sugar

- 3 cups bread flour - (to 3 1/2 cups)

- 1/2 * 1/2 cup milk
- 1 * 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups sifted flour
- 2 * 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 * 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 * 1 dash pepper
- 1 * 1 tablespoon melted butter or margarine or vegetable oil
