- 1 env. GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
Salted-Caramel Six-Layer Chocolate Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cake:
- Unsalted butter, room temperature, for pans
- 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for pans
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1 tablepoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- Coarse salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat buttermilk
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons safflower oil

- 2 sticks cold unsalted butter, cut into tablespoons
- Frosting:
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- Coarse salt

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- CRUST:
- 2 finely crushed almond biscotti
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

- 1 (8-oz) package of mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

- 2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Chicken with Tarragon and White Wine

In a Dutch oven or large saucepan, heat the oil over high heat
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 (8-ounce) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 4 (4-ounce) boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup dry white wine, such as Riesling
- 2 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

- 3 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 1 container (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- MOCHA CRUMB CRUST
- 1-1/4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (about 40 wafers, crushed)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1 teaspoon powdered instant espresso or coffee
- 1/3 cup butter, melted

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (6 ounces each), pounded to 1/2-inch thick
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium shallots, minced (1/4 cup)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine, such as Pinot Grigio
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons parsely, finely chopped
TO DIE for thin mint brownies

Make brownie mix according to package
- 1 brownie mix mix according to package directions
- 15 chopped thin mint cookies
- 1 stick of butter softened
- 2 TB evaporated milk could use milk for substitute
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
- couple drops green food coloring
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped andis mints
Easy Cheddar Cheese Fondue

1.In a medium bowl, mix shredded cheese with flour until cheese is evenly coated
- 1 cup of beer (we used Hefeweizen, but I am sure any will do)
- 3 cups shredded Sharp Cheddar
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Pepper to taste
