Zucchini Cake with Sour Cream Frosting

Peel the pretty green off of your zucchini
- Frosting:
- 2 1/2 C flour
- 2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t nutmeg
- 1/4 t cloves
- 1 1/4 C sugar
- 1/2 C butter, melted
- 1/2 C milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 large zucchini, enough to make 1 1/2 C puree
- 2 1/2 C powdered sugar
- 1/3 C sour cream, room temperature
- 1/4 C butter, softened
- 3/4 t vanilla
- 1/8 t salt
Ham Twisted Pretzels with Beer Dip

Heat oven to 375°F. Grease large cookie sheet with shortening or spray with cooking spray
- Pretzels:
- 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated breadsticks
- 1 package (2.5 oz) thinly sliced lean ham
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt, if desired
- Beer Dip:
- 4 oz cream cheese (from 8-oz package), softened
- 1/3 cup regular or nonalcoholic beer
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 cup finely shredded Cheddar-American cheese blend (1 oz)
