- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 2 cups Green Giant™ frozen mixed vegetables (from 1-lb bag)
- 1 jar (12 oz) beef gravy
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 bag (28 oz) frozen potatoes O’Brien with peppers and onions, thawed
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz)
Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Peanut Butter Pudding Cake

- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 c. sugar

- 5 pounds prime rib roast
- 1 cup kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder

- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 ⁄4 cup Frangelico (hazelnut flavored liqueur)
- 3 ⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 4 1⁄2 cups French bread, cubed (about 8 oz. - 1/2 inch cubed)

The Mother Huddle
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chicken broth, I use a bullion cube and a cup of water
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 medium onion sliced in rings or 8 oz. fresh sliced mushrooms (optional)

- 1 pouch (10.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ fudge brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
- 2 bags (11.5 oz each) semisweet chocolate chunks (3 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup toffee bits
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 pint (2 cups) whipping cream
- Additional powdered sugar, if desired

- 1/2 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon oil
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh thyme, minced
