- 2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes (I used larger flakes, but small ones are fine too)
- 1/4 cup of each nut and/or seed: pumpkin seeds, cashew pieces, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds and ground flaxseed
- 1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon
- Lily's chocolate chips , optional
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 Tablespoon THM Super Sweet Blend
- 1/2 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon maple extract
White bean salad, Quick and Easy

- 1 14.5-ounce can white beans, drained but not rinsed
- 2 Tbsp chopped red onion
- A squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar (red or white)
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dry herbs de provence (crumbled) OR 1 teaspoon of some combination of finely chopped rosemary, tarragon, thyme, and lavender
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (I used organic canned, if you use fresh make sure to get all of the excess liquid out of it)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon

- you could also substitute 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice for the spices listed

- 1/4 cup dark chocolate, chopped and melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- Maple Vanilla with Bacon Sprinkles (SCD legal)
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao butter, chopped
- 2 teaspoons palm shortening
- 2 1/2 teaspoons cold maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
