Slow Cooker Apple Pudding Cake

CAKE BATTER: In a mixing bowl, combine flour 2/3 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- For the cake batter:
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c. cold butter, cut in small cubes
- 1 c. milk
- 2 medium-sized Granny Smith apples {or other tart apples}, peeled and chopped
- For the pudding mixture:
- 1 1/2 c. apple cider or apple juice
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 2 T. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- whipped cream {optional}
Moonshine Sangria

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher or punch bowl, and let refrigerate overnight (or about 12 hours)
- 1 part apple pie moonshine
- 1/2 part original moonshine
- 1 part red wine
- 1/4 part Triple Sec
- 2 parts orange juice
- Chopped fruit of your choice

Easy and moist lemon blueberry bread with citrus glaze

let’s do it Spray or line bread pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350 degrees
- cake ingredients
- 8 1/2 ” x 4 1/2” x 2 1/2” bread pan, sprayed or lined with parchment paper
- 1/2 c (1 stick) unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 c granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- zest of 2 medium-sized lemons
- 1/3 c buttermilk (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional)
- 1 c fresh or frozen blueberries (defrosted)
- 1 tsp flour (for dusting blueberries)
- soaking liquid ingredients
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- glaze ingredients
- 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
Granny’s Oyster Stew…

Heat oysters in their own liquor about 5 minutes or until edges begin to curl
- 2 cups whole milk or half and half
- 1 cup oysters, liquid also
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- Dash pepper
- Parsley for garnish, optional
- Chives for garnish, optional
