Chicken, Bacon Ranch Pasta

Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- 8 - 10 ounces dried penne or bowtie pasta, uncooked
- 2 - tablespoon butter
- 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 2 - tablespoons flour
- 1 - 1.0 oz packet dry ranch dressing and seasoning mix
- 2 - cups milk
- 1 - cup shredded Kraft three cheese blend (Monterey jack, Colby Cheddar Cheeses with Cream Cheese) or cheddar
- 1/2 - cup chopped, cooked bacon
Sausage Pancake Egg Sandwich

Heat a nonstick griddle to medium heat while you prepare the pancake batter
- Pancakes:
- 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- Pinch salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4-cup vegetable oil, plus oil for skillet
- Butter, for skillet For the scrambled eggs:
- 8 eggs
- Paula Deen’s House Seasoning, to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Baked Jumbo Pasta shells stuffed with, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, cheddar and parmesan
- i jar (16 ounce) Alfredo sauce
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan, shredded
- 21 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups spaghetti sauce (optional, but I love the combination of Alfredo with tomato sauce!)
Baked Tacos Recipe

- 6-7 drops of hot sauce (optional)
- 2 medium sweet onions, sliced and separated into rings (preferably Vidalia)

- 1 green bell pepper, diced
